By accessing or using the Blockdrop Store (operated by MJP Gaming) or making any purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the store or its services.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Blockdrop Store. If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By proceeding with a purchase, you represent that you meet this age requirement or have obtained the necessary parental consent.
You are responsible for providing accurate information (including your Minecraft username) when using the store. Purchases made on your account are considered authorized by you.
All products offered on the Blockdrop Store are digital goods intended for use on the Blockdrop Minecraft server. These may include in-game currency (such as BDosh), virtual items, ranks, or other perks. No physical items will be shipped to you.
When you purchase a digital item, you obtain a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use that item on the Blockdrop server in accordance with our server rules. Ownership of the digital items remains with Blockdrop (MJP Gaming); you are only granted the right to use them within our server.
Ensure that the Minecraft username provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect accounts due to a submission error on your part.
All prices listed on the Blockdrop Store are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing for any item at any time without notice. The price you agree to at checkout is the final price for that transaction.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment provider as well. Any personal information provided during payment is handled as per our Privacy Policy (see separate document).
All sales on the Blockdrop Store are final. Because the products are digital and delivered instantly (or within a short period) to your account, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Please be certain of your purchase before finalizing the transaction.

Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be made only if required by applicable law or at our sole discretion (for instance, in cases of accidental duplicate charges). Any such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Initiating a chargeback or filing a payment dispute for a completed transaction is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of these Terms. If you have an issue with your purchase, you must contact us first to seek a resolution (see Contact Information below). Attempting to bypass our refund policy via a chargeback will result in immediate action against your account.

We keep records of each transaction. In case of a payment dispute, these records will be used as evidence that the digital goods were delivered to your account as promised.
Upon successful payment, the digital goods you purchased (such as BDosh or rank upgrades) will be delivered to the specified Minecraft account. Delivery is usually instantaneous or completed within a few minutes. In rare cases, delivery might take up to 24 hours.
If you do not receive your purchased items within 24 hours, please contact us so we can assist you (see Contact Information below). We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive what you paid for. However, we are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to issues beyond our control (such as Minecraft server outages or incorrect information provided by the user).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account and any other accounts associated with the Blockdrop Store. Do not share your account credentials with others.
Any actions taken on the Blockdrop Store or the Minecraft server through your account will be presumed to be authorized by you. We are not liable for any loss or issues arising from unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
All users of the Blockdrop server must follow our posted server rules and community guidelines. Purchasing items from the Blockdrop Store does not exempt you from these rules or grant immunity from punishments.
If you are banned — temporarily or permanently — for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. This applies even if:
No exceptions will be made. If your account is banned, you lose access to any ranks, currency (BDosh), or items associated with that account for the duration of the ban. We are not obligated to compensate you or issue a refund under any circumstances, including if you are dissatisfied with how your ban was handled.
We reserve the right to take action against any account that violates the rules, including revoking access to purchased items or services, without refund. Repeat offenses or serious misconduct may lead to permanent loss of access to Blockdrop.
The Blockdrop team reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or aspect of the Minecraft server at any time. This includes changes to in-game items, resetting game progress (for example, seasonal resets in game modes), or shutting down game modes or the server itself.
While we strive to maintain the availability and continuity of all perks and items, circumstances may require changes. Such changes may affect the value or functionality of purchased items (for instance, an item may be altered for game balance, or a rank perk might change with updates). By purchasing, you acknowledge that the game experience is dynamic and may change over time.
No refunds will be granted in cases where changes to the server or its content affect purchased items, in accordance with our No Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJP Gaming (Blockdrop) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Blockdrop Store or the Blockdrop server.
This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
In any event, the total liability of MJP Gaming for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the store will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the past six months for the specific purchase in question.

All store services and items are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation of the store or the server.
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If significant changes are made, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Blockdrop website or store page with a new effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
Your continued use of the Blockdrop Store or the Minecraft server after changes to the Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should discontinue using the store and the server.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from purchases made on the Blockdrop Store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. By using the store, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom in the event of any legal dispute.
If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full effect.
